IMPACT FEES PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE (4)

The Ephraim City Council hereby gives notice of four Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ephraim City Hall City Council Chambers, located at 5 South Main. The purpose of the public hearings is to accept comment regarding the imposition of the following impact fees and providing for the calculation and collection of such fees:  

1. Ordinance No. 2021-02 adopting an impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment that imposes a Wastewater Impact Fee. 

2. Ordinance No. 2021-03 adopting an impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment that imposes a Culinary Water Impact Fee.

3.  Ordinance No. 2021-04 adopting an impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment that imposes a Road Impact Fee. 

4. Ordinance No. 2021-05 adopting an impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis and an impact fee enactment that imposes a Parks and Recreational Facilities Impact Fee.
