The Utah Department of Health's Mobile Testing Team will be in Ephraim on December 23rd to offer free COVID-19 Rapid Testing (BinaxNOW). The event will be at the Ephraim Fire Department, 625 S 100 E, Ephraim, UT 84627 from 11AM to 5PM. This will be a drive-thru.
