All you need is your account number, then enter your name as it appears on your bill. You can pay with a Visa Card, Mastercard or a debit check card that is connected to a credit card.

This service is available 24/7. You will quickly and securely have access to pay your utility bill. Your account will be updated within one business day if payment is made before 8 am and payed with a credit card. If paying online with a check please allow 6 days for processing.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a shut-off notice or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the following number BEFORE making a payment.

IMPORTANT
The City is not liable if you received a shut-off notice and do not call the Utility Billing Office your services may be disconnected and will be subject to the $40 fee. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment on the weekend your electricity will not be turned-on until 10:00 am the first business day.
